WARSAW
This european city stopped in blooming development at 1939.
During the WWII it was completely destroyed, flat to the ground.
After the war, rebuilT fast due to planning of russian architects,
the plan which was realized in a tiny percent with a highlight - Palace of Culture and Science.
Monumental PKIN building took over the lively pre-war city center.
Each next decade adds some single "modern" buildings.
From point of Poland EMERGING from THE communist system,
city started anarchistic random growing without any PLANNING AUTHORITY.
Today it forms strange but unique mosaic of all those elements.
